Is the air pollution generated by California wildfires worse than the vehicle emissions we experience? That’s a claim by California Rep. Kevin McCarthy and the PolitiFact California team has checked it out. Reporter Chris Nichols talks us through the evidence and the team’s conclusion.

Nichols also spoke with two Sacramento immigration law experts about a recent ICE arrest in Sacramento Superior Court. UC Davis Law School Dean Kevin R. Johnson and Blake Nordahl, supervising attorney of the Immigration Clinic at McGeorge Law School, discuss possible limits on where federal immigration agents can make an arrest and the effect this could have on the undocumented community.
