The construction will make way for Fresher Sacramento, a nonprofit dedicated to providing nutritious and affordable prepared meals. Fresher Sacramento is one of the first organizations to accept EBT and SNAP, also known as food stamps, for prepared meals. It also has a special focus on making sure every pregnant and nursing mother is getting the best nutrition possible, in order to give their babies the best possible start in life. Rabbi David Azen is the founder and CEO of Fresher Sacramento. He joins Insight to explain what the company is and how it will work.
