California’s U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris has raised significant sums of money from large and small dollar donors on the campaign trail for the 2020 Democratic presidential primary. Meanwhile, other Democrats like former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper and former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke are trying to shake up an already crowded field of presidential hopefuls.

PolitiFact California reporter Chris Nichols checks statements by Senator Harris about student loans, teacher pay, military pensions, and paying for a wall along the US-Mexico border.
