The PolitiFact team is keeping their eyes and ears open for claims that merit more investigation.

This week, PolitiFact national editor Angie Holan checks statements by President Donald Trump that the Mueller investigation and report amount to a ‘coup’ to overthrow the US government. Spoiler alert: Trump earns another ‘Pants On Fire’ rating for his claim.

Also, PolitiFact California reporter Chris Nichols introduces Rep. Eric Swalwell as a new face on the 2020 campaign trail with his eyes on the White House.
