It might be cliche to say that John McCutcheon is a legend, but he kind of is. Legend Pete Seeger said: “John McCutcheon is not only one of the best musicians in the USA, but also a great singer, songwriter, and song leader. And not just incidentally, he is committed to helping hard-working people everywhere to organize and push this world in a better direction.” Last year, McCutcheon released his 40th album to commemorate Pete Seeger’s centenary.
McCutcheon has gigs coming up all over northern California: In Angels Camp, Berkeley, Grass Valley, Chico, Sonoma, Modesto, Fresno, Walnut Creek, Winters, Fremont and Santa Cruz, from January 9 to 21, 2020.
