Acclaimed writer, author and literary critic John Freeman has released his fourth and latest collection of poetry titled “The Park.”
Freeman explores contradictions that come from a place whose purpose is based entirely on what we bring to it. He uses the literal makeup of a park as a theme for many emotions; a locale for feeling both free and burdened with sentimentality.
Today, Freeman joins us from New York to discuss his new poetry book and his time living out on the East Coast.
