Sacramento has a long history of housing policies that favor some groups while excluding others. With the help of some local historians and professors, reporter Cosmo Garvin gives us a sense of the patterns of racial and economic segregation created by these housing laws, including redlining. He takes us to communities that were shaped by this history and remain divided to this day.
