Yolo County Adopts Color-Coded Food Safety Placards

Starting today in Yolo County, restaurants, grocery stores, delis and other food businesses will begin displaying color-coded placards to rate food safety inspection results. It's modeled after a system Sacramento County started a decade ago.

Marijuana Testing, Tracking Pilot Program Underway In Yolo County

Native American Youth Rehab Center Planned Near Davis

Yolo County may soon have a drug and alcohol abuse treatment facility for Native American youth. Congress recently appropriated funding for construction of the project at a site north of Davis.
