Crews were able to stop a flare-up of the Wragg Fire in Napa County by Wednesday morning. The blaze is now 7,100 acres and is 80 percent contained.

Wragg Fire Containment Grows; All Roads Open; Evacuations Lifted

UPDATED: 8:30 a.m. Sunday - Crews continue to make progress on the Wragg Fire, as containment grew to 60 percent. Acreage burned stands at 6,900. The Lake Solano campground remains closed, and no further road closures are expected.

Lighter Winds, Cooler Temperatures Aid Crews In Battle Against Wragg Fire

UPDATED: 4:28 p.m. - Officials say lighter winds and cooler temperatures have aided crews battling the Wragg Fire Friday morning. The blaze has scorched 6,900 acres, but containment grew to 20 percent. Red Cross evacuation center has closed.

Wragg Fire Continues To Grow In Napa And Solano Counties

UPDATE 10:55 p.m. - Evacuations lifted for Golden Bear Estates, as the Wragg Fire has held at 6,900 acres as of late Thursday. The wildfire in Napa and Solano counties near Lake Berryessa is threatening 200 structures. Containment is 15 percent.

Wragg Fire Update: Evacuations Ordered As Fire Continues To Advance

July 22, 2015

UPDATED: 10:10 p.m - The Wragg Fire quickly grew to 4,000 acres Wednesday evening, with mandatory evacuations and road closures in place. The Napa and Solano counties fire is 5 percent contained, with smokey skies across much of northern California.
